It has received $1,804,997 in funding commitments from the Housing Development Fund, FHLB-AHF, Pitt Hallowell Foundation, and the Greenbrier County Commission. The Trust Fund has a Revolving Loan Fund in the amount of $1.2 million. This amount of financial assistance is available to eligible affordable single-family, multifamily, predevelopment, capacity building or housing counseling projects.

As of December 2013, the Trust Fund has committed a total of $385,750 to three multi-housing projects overseen by the Housing Authority of Mingo County, Southeastern Appalachian Rural Alliance, Inc. and Woodlands Development Group. This funding will help create 62 units of affordable housing between Logan, Greenbrier and Randolph Counties.
